If you are still not sure, let’s examine what is in our drinking water.  Are you in a state that recycles its waste water into drinking water?  If you’re not sure, find out because the risk of contaminated water is especially high for you.  Tap water around the country has been found to contain bacteria, parasites, and viruses on a regular basis.  These are kinds of microorganisms that are barely detectible and the treatment plants cannot get rid of them, so they quietly send them on through to your faucet.

There are other things that are found regularly in tap water, too.  Brace yourself, these might not be easy to swallow.  Prescription medications are regularly found in drinking water.  Do you want to know how they get there?  Not because people are heading down to the water treatment plant and dumping their expensive prescriptions into the water.  Not even because they are flushing unused drugs down the toilet, although this does account for a little bit of it.  Rather it is because they are flushing used prescription drugs down the toilet!  Yes, the traces of prescription drugs that are likely in your water come from human waste.  I told you to brace yourselves.

Animal waste, animal drugs, household cleaning products, antibacterial soaps, and traces of just about anything else that lays on the ground near a water source, soaks into the ground near a water source, or that goes down a drain or toilet are all contaminating our drinking water.  Now, think again about the previous question.  Is a drinking water system worth the money?

What’s stopping you getting a drinking water system today.
